In accordance with the norms of the Diocese of Brooklyn, preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation generally takes place in the seventh and eighth grades.  Students must be enrolled in St. Bernard Catholic School or the parish Religious Education program.

RCIA is also available for older high school students and adults seeking the sacrament of Confirmation.
